Welcome to Auralith. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Auralith website, applications, software, digital products and any future services. By downloading, installing or using any Auralith product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Auralith develops creative software focused on local-first workflows, privacy-first architecture, professional creative tools, performance-oriented applications and elegant user experiences.

3. Definitions

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Minors require parental permission.

6. Software License

Auralith grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the software. This license does not grant ownership.

7–9. License Types, Free Version & Premium

Auralith may offer Free, Personal, Professional, Commercial, Educational, Enterprise, Beta and Promotional licenses. Some features require payment.

10–12. Purchases & Payments

You agree to pay the displayed price. Taxes may apply. Payments may be processed by third-party providers.

13–16. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

17–24. Licenses, Local-First & Rights

Auralith operates on a Local-First principle — your files stay on your device unless stated otherwise. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Auralith.

Part II — Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property & Services

25–26. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

Use Auralith only for lawful purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, distributing cracked versions or bypassing activation systems is prohibited.

27. Intellectual Property

All Auralith products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Auralith, including software, UI, icons, logos and trademarks. Nothing transfers ownership to the user.

28–29. Trademarks & Copyright

"Auralith" and associated logos are protected trademarks. All content is protected by copyright law.

30–32. User Projects & Content

Projects you create remain your property. You are responsible for any third-party content used in your projects.

33–35. AI Content, Cloud & Local

AI-generated content is subject to applicable IP laws. Cloud features are clearly identified. Local processing is prioritized.

36–50. Features, Updates & Support

Beta features may change or be discontinued. Auralith may release updates that modify existing functionality. Support availability depends on the product and license.

Part III — Disclaimers, Liability & Final Terms

51. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unless required by applicable law, Auralith software and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

52–54. No Guarantees & User Responsibility

Auralith cannot guarantee specific rendering speeds or bug-free operation. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their projects.

55–56. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralith shall not be liable for data loss, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

57–58. Force Majeure & Indemnification

Auralith is not responsible for events beyond its control. You agree to defend Auralith from claims arising from your use or violations of these Terms.

59–67. Compliance, Privacy & Agreement

Comply with applicable export laws and local regulations. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between Auralith and the user.

68–70. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication.

71–75. Communications, Future & Changes

These Terms apply to current and future Auralith products. Material changes will be published on the official website.

76. Final Statement
